E&E provided the eight museums with new ways of thinking about, and framing, their collections, interpretation and display; an opportunity to influence museum practice across the organisation, to challenge silences within the museum and its representation of difference and disabled people; build on the momentum of previous projects; and find new ways to engage with audiences, including the medical profession.

Katie Dabin, Science Museum, and Emma Shepley, RCP, talk about the value of E&E for their organisations, and how it will impact on different areas of the museum’s practice.

Berwyn Kinsey, Museum Consultant and External Publicist, RCP, speaks about the value of bringing artists into the museum and the impact that has on how museums engage with their collections.
